These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of yourpathandpurpose.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Path & Purpose, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or booking any service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Path & Purpose offers astrology readings, applied astrology mentorship, and organizational consulting, including:

  • Intuitive Astrology Readings
  • Applied Astrology Mentorship
  • Talks, workshops, and consulting for organizations

Details, pricing, and current availability for each offer are described on the Site or provided directly to you.

2. Not Professional Advice

Our services draw on astrology and leadership development methods. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area. Decisions you make based on our sessions, readings, or materials are your own responsibility.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or book our services.

4. Bookings and Payment

Readings are booked and paid through Stripe. Mentorship and organizational inquiries are handled through direct conversation following an inquiry submitted on the Site. Fees are as quoted at time of booking or agreement. See our Refunds & Cancellations page for cancellation terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and design, belongs to Path & Purpose, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. User Conduct

When using the Site or interacting with us, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law
  • Infringe on the rights of others, including privacy or intellectual property rights
  • Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Path & Purpose, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
