Refunds and Cancellations

Path and Purpose LLC

At Path and Purpose LLC, we offer transformational services and experiences designed to support deep personal growth, soul-aligned leadership, and spiritual evolution. Due to the nature of our work—including live services, membership access, events, and digital content—all purchases are bound by the following strict no-refund and cancellation policy.

By purchasing from Path and Purpose LLC, you agree to the terms below.

🔹 1. Single Sessions & 1:1 Services

This includes astrology readings, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), spiritual or leadership coaching, and other one-on-one sessions.

  • All payments are due in full at the time of booking.

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including missed or canceled sessions.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

  • Sessions canceled within 48 hours or no-shows will be forfeited without refund or credit.

🔹 2. Memberships & Subscriptions

This includes the Soul Purpose Collective and any other recurring subscription-based offerings.

  • Memberships auto-renew on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection at checkout.

  • You may cancel your subscription with a minimum of 14 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to: cameron@yourpathandpurpose.com

  • No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time or missed sessions.

  • Chargebacks initiated without contacting us directly may result in immediate removal from all services and future offerings.

🔹 3. Workshops, Retreats & Events (B2B and B2C)

For custom workshops, corporate events, retreats, or leadership experiences:

  • All payments are due in full by the agreed-upon date.

  • Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued, regardless of circumstances.

  • If a client cancels after payment, the client remains responsible for the full fee.

  • If Path and Purpose LLC cancels an event (excluding Force Majeure), you may receive:

    • A full refund, or

    • A credit toward a future offering.

  • Refund policies for corporate or custom engagements are otherwise governed by the terms in your signed agreement.

🔹 4. Digital Products & Courses

This includes courses, digital downloads, and any other virtual offerings delivered via our website or course platform.

  • All sales of digital products are final.

  • Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason.

  • Access to course content is for individual use only and may not be shared, duplicated, or distributed.

🔹 5. Discounts, Promotions & Early-Bird Pricing

All discounted, early-bird, or promotional offers are non-refundable under any circumstances.

🔹 6. Abuse of Policy & Service Access

Path and Purpose LLC reserves the right to deny access to future services to any individual who violates this policy or engages in abusive chargeback or refund practices.

🔹 7. Chargebacks & Dispute Policy

We stand behind the integrity of our offerings and are committed to delivering value.

  • Chargebacks made without contacting us directly will be contested with all available documentation, including evidence of purchase, communications, and access to services.

  • Fraudulent disputes or misuse of the chargeback process will result in permanent termination of services.

🔹 8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, technological failures, or government restrictions. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis or offered as credit.
