I've already done that work. My own doctoral research, my client sessions, the way I advise leaders: all of it runs on this instrument, tested over years, not theory.
This apprenticeship teaches you to integrate astrology into whatever you already do: coaching, team development, program design, your own leadership. I've lived inside that integration for years, and I bring that directly into how I work with you.
Astrology is a language for the underlying architecture of who someone is, how they move through the world, and where they're out of alignment with their own design. Once you're fluent in that language, it applies across disciplines.

This is a personalized container, shaped around your context, your projects, and what you're actually trying to build. It includes two parts.
First, chart literacy: reading a natal chart, transiting charts, progressions, the core principles of astrology. I model this directly from my own work as we go.
Then, applying that literacy inside your own context, as you work to bring it into real sessions, real teams, real programs. This is where my own experience integrating astrology into different contexts becomes useful.
This isn't a fixed curriculum with a set endpoint. How deep it goes, and how long it takes, depends on what you're actually trying to build.
