My work brings together two worlds rarely spoken of in the same breath: astrology and conscious leadership. Through my own journey and doctoral research, I developed Being-Centered Leadership—a framework that helps leaders embody their soul’s purpose so leadership flows from Being, not relentless doing.

With a doctorate in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego, I've spent years exploring the intersection of spirituality and leadership.
