About Dr. Cameron Martin

Dr. Cameron Martin, C Suite Executive Coach, Fractional Founder

I bring to this work over a decade of experience in business and leadership—from teaching and research to guiding organizations through cultural transformation. In recent years, I’ve expanded this foundation into executive contexts: helping to launch a wellness company as a fractional founder and advisor, guiding practitioners and teams as a fractional Director of People & Culture, and shaping strategy, operations, and culture from the inside out.

My academic path includes a Doctorate in Leadership Studies, an MBA, and advanced degrees in business and educational leadership. My doctoral research explored how astrology can serve as a tool for leadership self-discovery: work that evolved into my proprietary Being-Centered Leadership framework.

Alongside scholarship and advisory work, I’ve served as a TEDx speaker, podcast host, and thought leader, supporting leaders, changemakers, and entrepreneurs who carry bold visions for the future. My facilitation has included designing custom astrology and leadership workshops for global organizations such as Tik Tok, giving executive teams new insight into collaboration, timing, and leadership styles.

This breadth of experience allows me to step in not just as a mentor, but as a fractional C-Suite partner: someone who understands both the strategy and the soul of an organization.
