About Dr. Cameron Martin

My work in Being-Centered Leadership is the culmination of years of study, practice, and lived experience at the intersection of business, education, and spirituality. With a Doctorate in Leadership Studies, an MBA, and advanced degrees in business and educational leadership, my academic path gave me the grounding to both question and reimagine traditional leadership models.

During my doctoral research, I explored how tools like astrology could be used for leadership self-discovery—work that ultimately led to the creation of the Being-Centered Leadership framework. This proprietary model shifts the focus from what leaders do to how they Be, cultivating the inner capacities that shape presence, trust, and culture.

Today, I share this work with executive teams, founders, and organizations through bespoke workshops, retreats, and leadership development experiences. From designing custom astrology and leadership workshops for global companies to guiding entrepreneurs and changemakers, my mission is to help leaders align strategy with soul and create cultures where people and purpose thrive.
